New creatures; dwarf and elf units!

Continued development sees two new additions; dwarf and elf characters! The dwarf is a tough little fella, handy as a quick but sturdy unit that might just save the player's wizard.

The elf is especially useful as she not only has melee attack but features a ranged weapon that can hit those dangerous targets (or another wizard!) from a distance.
